Yes, she is relaxing, most comforably, I'd imagine...

That does pretty much sum it up, yes.
I am glad we have been able to determine that you are cybernetically pure. You must understand that we had to make sure to protect others. I hope the technicians weren't too unpleasant.
I'm sure that after a few more questions we can start the process for your release. We'll have that drink and get you on your way back just as soon as we can.
Oh yes, and one quick scan too. Since that Drake fellow is an enemy of the Empire, we just need a quick poke around to make sure his identity matches what we have on file. I'm sure Merdaneth can facilitate this in a most expiditious manner. Thank you for your patience.

Good day.
This news is...unfortunate but I'm glad some of these aspects came to light.
While I do admire her talents as a tinkerer, I think we'll just have to let some Imperial Scientists and Engineers at her shipÆs pod and engineering systems and re-evaluate her cybernetics in relation to how those systems give and receive data. We wouldn't want any lingering issues. I still hope we can find something that would be of use in understanding how they manage their networks.
I was originally going to send her down to Khanid to let our Cyberknight staff look at her, but I think it would be safer to bring them up here.
I hope you donÆt get too upset with me my dear Nikita, but your stay is going to have to be extended.

Oh...IÆm terribly sorry. There is one more thing.
(IÆm almost embarrassed to have to mention this, but the legal department told me that since I was the pilot who brought her in, I have to make the disclaimer and offer. ItÆs really just one of those thingsàper law it needs to be mentioned)
Umà.
ôAs there is some doubt regarding Nikita AlteranaÆs status as a slave and being that she did willfully cross an intergalactic Imperial border while her legal status was in flux, any who would make a claim of ownership may file form IFDS-128932-S at your local office of the SPCS or Imperial SlaveMart no later than 012.06.22.ö
You see, usually when someoneÆs status is in question and they cross a border theyÆre leaving the Empire. An injunction is filed and kept on record but it usually clears up without mention. She crossed over from Caldari space which is unusual, but still legally binding. Since I donÆt believe there are any statutes that allow Sansha nationals to be allowed to claim ownership in the Empire this is probably just a formality. Either Merdaneth or I can claim temporary ownership for ôup to but no more than 30 daysö to prevent someone from being snarky and having her delivered to the market to await a hearing which will insure her status as slave or free-person. We can keep her in a much more pleasant setting with lots of guards to keep her safe. IÆll try to get her paperwork pushed through.
These things donÆt normally crop up for us capsuleers, and really, this is just a legal formalityà.I humbly beg your patience.

Yes, I agree with Mr. Stryker that a kind of ôredemptionö can be achieved.
I was amused by your reaction Ms. Alterana. I have more than enough slaves and one of them a capsuleer and I find I have my hands quite full without adding another. As I said, the post that you based that off of was a mere legal formality, not an indication that you are to be that permanent a guest of the Empire.
Your reluctance to submit to further testing though could be seen as a symptom of one of the maladies that Mr. Stryker indicated or a more generalized Cyber-Psychosis. When given the opportunity the other day, you decided that flying off with Drake was somehow more logical than staying with your friends.
IÆm afraid that until weÆre all sure that you do not pose a security risk, you will remain exactly where you are and you will receive further testing. Additional resistance would only indicate further proof of guilt. We cannot have you flitting about giving sensitive data to Sansha either consciously or unconsciously. I hope you will realize that this is for the best and comply.
Any attempts to leave would be most unfortunate.

Ms. Jenneth,
Yes, I returned from planetside and discovered our young charge was well on her way. I hope you didnÆt give MerdanethÆs people too hard a time.
You say that it is better not to have a personal interest in this matter and I couldnÆt agree more. This is why I think you are making a terrible, terrible mistake. You are personally involved up to your neck.
So be it. I look forward to seeing what you are able to discover. I have no doubt that she is in professional hands. The best? Well, thatÆs entirely debatable.
In the interests of the continued alliance between State and Empire, I consider this matter closed. You quite possibly have doomed the State with your actions. But at least the risk that she poses is now well away from here. IÆll drop a line to Ms. Vykos detailing some private observations and a workable treatment plan.
Good luck.
YouÆll need it.

Mr. Katsuya. You have found nothing that we did not already find ourselves. The difference being is that we considered the remnant on the thalamus to be a form of brain damage and there is no 100% way of clearing it out short of incineration of the tissue. Not a pleasant option, as IÆm sure youÆd agree. Additionally, removal doesnÆt mean the brain wouldnÆt autonomically replicate the damage in some other area. Even more frightening is the possibility that the ôdamageö will appear on her future clones. I implore your to continue your testing.
Ms. Jenneth and indeed, Ms Alterana. My apologies on behalf of my people for not expressing ourselves as succinctly as we should have. Our ways, are not your ways and I sometimes forget that when IÆm dealing with non-Amarr. To us, our actions were typical and indeed could be construed as somewhat liberal and risky. It was not our intention to incite fear or mistrust and I sincerely hope that neither of you were especially put off by the strangeness our hospitality. You are right in that Merdaneth and I were only concerned for the well-being of another human and wanted to make sure that she posed not threat to those of us who are fighting a common enemy.
Given Mr. KasuyaÆs testimony I have to be honest in expressing doubt as to the skill of the people who have been caring for our young friend. If you wish to stay with a Caldari company, perhaps some greater success could be had from an Ishukone team?
We do indeed have much work to do though.
